If you are not completely satisfied with the goods which you have purchased from Merlin UK then let us know in writing within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will refund your purchase in full and arrange to collect the goods. Refunds will be made on the basis that the goods which are returned to us are still in their original packaging and that they are in a saleable condition. We will not offer a refund if the goods do not meet this criteria.
